Attack Volleyball Club promotes the development of childish athletes that want to learn the game of volleyball. In our program, athletes begin to advance the foundation, and skills needed to move them to a higher level. We start with the basics of passing, serving, and attacking, and leisurely introduce teamwork by adding some competition. We accomplish not believe it is important at this level to work on positional training, rather, we need each athlete to absorb each skill equally, so they can begin to see where their strengths are. We also trust the key to triumph is repetition, which will reinforce muscle memory, which inevitably creates consistency.
