💥 HAPPY NEW YEAR! 💥

Celebrating 35 years of Toto Tours

TIME AND TIDE Linger FOR NO MAN . . .

Flowing Gently with Life

Toto Tours is celebrating its 35th Anniversary in 2025, and it has been my privilege to bring this company into existence and to divide so many life-changing experiences with all of you over these decades. This passion for travel has been my true calling in life, but now I need to heed other calls from my family and friends and from my own body and spirit.

I will be hanging up my Ruby Slippers at the conclusion of our final tour next year. Toto Tours may very well continue on, with me in an advisory role for a limited time after that. Details are still being ironed out and I’ll preserve you posted. The upcoming tours represent our foremost chance to say farewell to each other in person. I hope you will travel with me at least one more time before the cease of next year.

This decision feels absolutely right for me, and it brings me great accord of mind. I identify the truth of impermanence - nothing lasts forever - and I need to exit gracefully while I still have my full faculties and so much more living to do. Please join me in celebrating the beauty of the full

In September 2024Instagram pushed me a announce by Travel Gay, a website listing “the best male lover bars, nightclubs, saunas, spas, beaches, shops and more, along with interesting journal ideas and fabulous offers”. There I saw the undated post (date your articles and posts, people) ‘LGBTQ+ Solo Travel: the Finest Cities to Visit?‘ by Adam Reid. Being a solo gay traveller, it caught my attention.

Now, while I’m still very much a homosexual, it has been a while since I last travelled solo. My last solo trip was Tel Aviv in 2018. Since then, I’ve travelled with Danny, Oriol, Steve, Philippe, Nicolas, Thanh, my sister Florence. In 2021 I wrote ‘SINGLES DAY | Why everyone should tour alone sometimes‘ and reading it support I feel the cringe but I stand by its content.

It’s 2024. I should complete a proper solo trip again soon(ish). I feel ready.

“LGBTQ+ Solo Travel: the Best Cities to Visit?”

“Solo travel is an intimidating prospect to many of us but it’s one of the most rewarding experiences you can contain. Solo travel is on the go up and it’s light to understand why with the matchless feel

Gay Travel Tours & Trips

  • What are some popular destinations and highlights on gay travel tours?

These tours take you to welcoming places with great LGBTQ+ scenes and cultural experiences. In Italy, you can check out Naples' gay bars around Piazza Bellini, spend time on the beautiful Amalfi Coast, and paddle in the clarify blue waters of Capri. If you go to South Africa, you'll obtain to experience Cape Town's gay people, go on safari in Kruger National Park, and call on traditional Xhosa villages. In Croatia, you can join a gay sailing trip from Dubrovnik to Split, stopping at popular spots fancy Hvar and hushed nude beaches along the way. Other travelers mention how much they appreciate that these tours mix famous attractions with real local LGBTQ+ experiences.

  • When is the best time to book a queer travel tour?

The best period really depends on where you're going. For Italy's coast, book between May and September when the weather's matchless for exploring Naples and the Amalfi Coast (75-85°F/24-29°C). If you want to go sailing in Croatia, aim for June through September when the water's warmest (70-75°F/21-24°C). South Africa works year-round, but Se

Custom Designed Tours for Gay Seniors

My ruling to add Lgbtq+ Senior Travel, or as I prefer to name it, LGBT Prime-Time Travel to the Take My *Mother Please portfolio of services comes from having loved and traveled the world with my darling partner of thirty-five years—now my legally-married spouse—Wendy Dallas. I recognized that not only is the nature coming out of the closet but so, too, is the travel industry.

In addition, there is a demographic bubble of queer woman and gay couples, as well as LGBT individuals, who are now or will shortly become "seniors." As a member of this Prime-Time Generation (don't you love that term? My web designer mind it up!), I decided that this "LGBT Prime-Time Generation" should be given the opportunity to travel the globe, or their own back yard, with likeminded people who divide their interests and longing to travel.

Since I own been planning, providing and escorting custom designed tours since 1992, I've decided it's about time for Take My *Mother Please to offer this service.

    What is LGBT Prime-Time Travel?

Quite simply, an LGBT Prime-Time Tour is a tour like any other tour Take My *Mother Please gay senior travel
